Both of these Mods are fixed as of 8 24 2021 Delete then reinstall

I added txf. files to both of these mods since the transparency quit working on them as of this morning for some reason, after they worked fine for me all this past week. SO delete the ones you have downloaded in your Mod folder (if you have either of these mods) and re-download them again. You'll see in the description of each mod that I added txf files. so you'll know you got the right ones. If either of them give you any trouble let me know and I will make things right or die trying to help. You may need to slightly reduce the brightness now to -3 or -5 to get better transparency out of the Soaking Wet version since whatever caused these to break has slightly changed the transparency level and wet detail.
