Description

Moira is a British-born scientist who moved to GE City as a young girl with her family. She was always incredibly bright, spending her days in her room reading scientific journals and experimenting with chemistry and biology sets. Moira's parents encouraged her in her scientific endeavors until she reached puberty, when they began to notice their daughter walking around the house naked and drawing up bizarre blueprints for making, in Moira's words, "the perfect male specimen." That was when they had her sent off to an all-girls boarding school, where she met a young redheaded mad scientist-in-training named Frankie Stein. The two roomed together and shared a friendly rivalry that went bad when Moira tried to use Frankie's DNA as a template for making a modified clone. Ever since graduation, Moira has been trying to perfect her creations, often through highly questionable means. Frankie hasn't seen Moira in years, but she's come back to GE City after having been kicked out of Oxford College for wanting to teach her biology class in the nude. I guess they have a thing about that there.
