She has invested in many tech companies that have sky-rocketed to success, with the revenues being filtered through a labyrinth of shell companies that obscure her as the final destination. Those who have been able to follow the trail to the end meet records of Aphrodite Metaxas, a businesswoman whose interests seem to be boring in contrast to the conspiracy theories often dreamt up. With her tremendous funds, she lives the carefree life of a debutante, preferring to sail around the world on her yacht, the Cyprian Rose, a name derived from the island that she first stepped onto as well as her favorite flower. True to form, wherever she anchors, she takes a lover and sometimes more than one, but never lingers more than a year in any one place.
