If you can edit the texture, you can overlay the tank top to short jacket. This was simply overlapped with @dragonfyre 's tank top with texture. The style of layer clothes is a method I have been doing from a long time ago. As in the picture on the right, sometimes an interesting effect is born when the order of stacking is upside down.
