The LAW spies on the chairman to hopefully understand what sort of plot hes cooking up. However they dont find anything out of the ordinary...whether its the morning, afternoon or night there seems to be no signs of plotting... The chairman does his best to make things seem normal and goes about his day with his panda trying to encourage good exercise for the overweight little guy...also to use him as bait for a new resident to GE city...
