Industrial Loft. Room Converted from SL. I love this one. It is really atmospheric and kinky. I have split the room, the armchairs and the fetish furniture into 3 different txs files in order for you to be able to switch the furniture on and off and redecorate the room with your own stuff. To switch the furniture on and off, find the "furniture.txs" or "fetish_furniture.txs" files and rename them to something other than txs. There is also a hidden room for hard bdsm games. You can see it in the preview video. Requires fbx geometry import feature from thrixxx shop.
