Breakin The Law (someone, aka Briar, has to be the bad guy)

In a comic series by @forestporn, Briar is involved in some shady dealing, and gets arrested for kidnapping. Some time later he was back on the streets getting in more trouble. It isn't clear how he got out of jail? Escape? Bribery? Or was there someone inside of the justice system that helped him? It would require some investigation, but since "someone has to be the bad guy," I like to think it went down something like this. LOL! I wanted to give the cop in this video the right look, to go with the song from youth and the old MTV days (when they used to play music). You'll see what I mean. Special thanks to @dirthack, for the Gangsta Alley mod, and for doing my request for handcuff earrings.
