"A swallow imprisoned"

Swallow – black dagger ripped from the wind's chest
Sudden anchor of sorrow dropped from the invisible ship
Trapped by cathedral in it's high-rised net of vault

Like death — stone of solid
Like sentence — square of naves
Swallow – a lighting in orphaned church
Like black scissors she cuts the fear that seizes her

Swallow – sister of storm, flying weep
Over peoples' heads, where care is wondering
Swallow – soaring sign, like symbol mind-elusive
Lured into the cathedral's chill – a warning and a prayer

She will never cross the white silence under leaden cloud
Nor low down her flight over golden spot of meadow
I get aghast of the moment that stole her freedom
Swallow – black brilliant thrown here by devil –

For perpetual whirling, for rustless torment
For not having the nest, for cursing the beauty

The Milky Way girdles the sky
it can be seen from anywhere on Earth
the motif of the road is present in every painting
that hang on my walls in my apartment
there is a path between the trees emerging from the forest
in the distance, the outline of the house and the outgoing windows
on a dirt road that takes a turn
The Milky Way is a spiral galaxy
which includes, among others
Solar system
I remember how it rose where the oak trees grew
visible from a distance of several kilometers from that place
when we were driving the car I knew it was over
a few steps five or ten minutes
without stopping
it was there that the chapel stood and fresh flowers were always put on display
on the step looked as if they sprouted directly
below, the road was crossed by a river that always ran one way
our galaxy called the Milky Way is the closest piece of the Universe
a wooden bridge through which light shone between the boards

I am a certain number of years old
sometimes more sometimes less
I have some poems in a drawer
and salt in a salt shaker which salts the eggs
It says on the package next to the price
"egg is life"
i have tuesday i have wednesday
I have july and august for now
God willing I will have September
and then it will be different
some words will be censored
treading carefully as on ice will begin
I will change my shoes from winter to transitional
it sounds unstable and rather loose
but i'm not afraid of that word
because I've gotten used to it
