#Balance

Problem playing her guitar on the balcony if the room she shares with Violet on that particular night. I don't give Problem nearly enough love despite the fact she may be one of my most complicated characters.

She's the anti-hero, the rebel, the rocker, the drinker, the dedicated, the student, the telepath, the balance. Why doesn't she have her own solo story?

Because SOHK is basically that and she can't stand alone(imo) as a character till she's gone through the arc that is SOHK for various reasons.

But it won't stop me from giving her more time

If you want to see an EXTREME rough draft of what she can do... here you go.

This is A YEAR old.. unfiltered, the editing isn't perfect, the animation is at it's 'first' storyboard level before I make a realistic walk and only one effect has been added. This was just me testing out an effect.

Don't expect the finished product to look anything close or this scene to be in SOHK. It's just an effect to give you an idea of what she can do.

  • Interesting point about character development; I totally agree that sometimes you need to introduce a character as part of an overall story arc before letting them loose in a starring vehicle. Getting the balance right as it were!

  • @Max_33 pretty much. Once she's established she will be an amazing character to appear elsewhere or in her own solo story. But SOHK is a BIG part of her actual story so she needs to go through that first. She's not like a Suki or a Lambent whom you could basically "take out of their own stories and have them involved in SOHK". Problem's story IS.. SOHK. So that's why. It's hard, because I love her character so much. But that's how it has to be for now.
