Hi folks, I just purchased FaceMate, but I'm having trouble with it. I get to the Step 1 upload picture, but keep getting the "put the png/jpg in the Mod/Facemate folder", which I have but which FaceMate continues to say is empty. Any ideas?
I've not used facemate for a long while but never had any trouble with it. Your problem sound suspiciously like one I have with the base.png files in ToyEditor, my graphics program will not recognise them but they are there and if I type in the name they will appear.
Suggest you try using paint or whatever to try to find the file in your facemate folder to check if it is there but not recognised, then report with a ticket from the launcher screen.
