You are correct. It is much easier to just "like" than to add a personal thought. In the past, I've done it, when someone had already written what I was feeling or I didn't feel I had anything relevant to add. Of course, some people just don't get the importance of a comment, ANY comment. Just remember this, you've helped set the bar for all creators who follow. You've proven that this game CAN offer more than titillation and fornication.

I was told by Max quite awhile back that you have to enjoy what you are making, because in the end it is what really counts. No one can predict what the next great model will look like or the next hot clothing. I see on the last 5 of your releases you have had from 12-20 likes and around 2-8 comments. Do you deserve more? Without a doubt, you are one of the top writers and artists on the site.

Agree with @TrickyJ , we all operate differently on this site. I would add to that the language barrier, how to make a constructive and detailed commentary when we do not master a language? As of this post, I'm not sure I understand the meaning of all the phrases you used although I think understand the general idea.
Even if a positive comment is always nice for the ego, the most important is to have fun for themselves, we have nothing to gain by being here, just wasting time and money...

I have watched your gears churn in real time and it really is an amazing thing to watch and experience. So many of the stories you have started, I wish I could see continued to their conclusion. Obviously there was more commenting on the old site, I wasn't there long, so I can't really judge what you had there, to now. We all like feed back, likes are just a gauge, but the comments do make a difference and help to fuel the fire, for sure.

So many of the talented creators you had known from the old site have moved on, whether to Daz or elsewhere. There are still some hold outs, which is reassuring...even with the new Gamerotica page, it seems that whatever you create, it is buried fast, so the only people that check you out, are the people that see you are on regularly and know if you post on a regular basis. If you are irregular, it seems you get forgot, which is also a travesty.

I do love to see your creations my friend @inlovewithh I know the quality is always top tier in whatever you take on. All I can say is try to be more regular, so that people know you are here and check your streams more often. I know the lack of comments get to you and that may make this a tough sell. If there was a way to broadcast your creations to the whole community, I would. All I can do is offer my support and it is definitely in your corner bud!

I have to say I didn't follow the X-Stream much lately and kinda lost track of your work. I'll try to give it a look more regulary I can totally understand what you try to say here. People are leaving or starting to do other stuff and feedback in general seems to go down. "If you don't love what you do anymore. It's time to step away." This is kind of right. Do stories, shots if they are fun for you. Feedback is always welcome but the creation should be part of the fun.

I don't have that much feedback on my latest story as well but does that mean I'll stop? Like hell, no. It's in my head and I need to get it out or it will drive me crazy. Maybe it's the same for you. Have fun in doing what you do, that's the most important part. You still have a loyal bunch of followers around here, keep that in mind "Tomorrow, is another day." That's right, there are downs but there ups as well

Sometimes I do feel like we create for ourselves. Sadly everything we predicted would happen to our creator community with the changes HAS happened, so what to do? I've been fortunate to pick up a couple of CH users who have crossed over- they're not as vocal on the comments side (but they do PM) but it's kinda nice they are there. But it isn't the same as when we were getting multiple posts back and forth on our comics and part of me feels like why bother.... and then Sara screams at me...

... in my head cos she wants to live and be and whether I like it or not, my own ego wants to see her live and breathe out there. I do think I might just build my own site for my stories rather than give thrixxx more free material when they clearly don't give a F for us other than for the material usage. BUT I then think of a day with no ILWH pages or Max33 or dragonfyre and my heart sinks

Time to do a Tony Robbins Rocking Chair test @inlovewithh - imagine you're 40 years in the future, sat in your fave chair with your grandkids at your feet and they say to you... "Mom said you used to do these great stories with amazing characters...." Does your heart beat fast because you can produce book after portfolio of work with them in, or does it sink cos you remember them but never completed their tale?

Hi @inlovewithh! I'm sorry for being one of those who don't get to check out your creations as much as I want to. But between my personal life and the fact I spend very little time on this site is something I can't get a handle on....as ridiculous as that sounds. I think if we were still on the old site, things would be different and certain members wouldn't have left.

On the contrary, I understand where you're coming from. I've questioned myself a lot as to why I bother doing what I do on here. At one point, I cancelled my Joldi Adventures series and took it off the site because of the lack of comments and whatnot. But then I thought about the small group of members who've actually enjoyed my work and want more from me; is when I decided to keep going....for them!

Not only that, I have fun creating and writing stories....even though my material is a bit esoteric and likely an audience beyond this community wouldn't particularly understand my plots. Nonetheless, I made a vow to myself to finish what I've started. I've already abandoned a couple of series, and I don't want history to repeat itself.

I guess what I'm trying to say is this site isn't the most valuable place to measure your creativity skills and storytelling. I've grasped that concept now. It's unfortunate because the programs we have (not CH) are excellent sources for customization. Perhaps, seeking other and more populated communities to expose your creativity is an option? It's something I'm considering.
