I remember when i began playing gitarr again after a great paus in 2007... I bought a Digitech pedal with an expression-pedal on it.

The pedal and its sounds were not supergreat, but decent enough for me to be inspired to create songs.

Now, i am no guitarist with turbofingers. No, not at all! All my guitarheros were rhythm guitarists, although, i like and prefer slower melodic solos.
Truthfully, i do not have the lust to even learn to be that skilled in solos.
I have other qualities.

However, that Digitech and its pedal inspired me a lot.
Some say wah wah is a way to hide sloppyness in playing. Yea well, i'm not too great at playing, but it sounds so much better when you create a solo suited for it. It does not has to be extremely overpowering, just subtle changes here and there for a sweet effect you can't get using only your fingers!

I really adapted to that pedal and i used it all the time.

Then it died on me, and i threw it in the trash....

I promise you, one day, .. perhaps a sunny day, i will grip a new axe and start playing again.
