The bullhorn speaker in the park was drawing a crowd that day as Rookie Tammy and Officer Larry was helping the other officer with crowd control the problem was with the homeless issue that has been going on for years and seems to be getting worst as each year passes everyone was voicing their opinions but it seems that their suggestions on solving the problem are not being taken into a count. Some want local busses to give the homeless a job to get a home others want the homeless to have a home first to get a job to keep the home it seems that the problem will be getting worst as the years go by?
