Officer Cindy and Officer Angie both go undercover on the same day as Jim is still undercover with the homeless population both Officer Cindy and Officer Angie make a discovery that the funds were being diverted away from the outreach center it was Officer Cindy who finds that the funds were being put into some future projects at the governor’s office as she tells that to Officer Ange who saw that at the outreach center that there are not very much funds for helping out very many peoples then Officer Bennett who works the undercover unit once in a while tells all three of them that they are in dangerous waters Officer Cindy tells him she is the only one in dangerous water do to she is up in the governor's office and the governor doesn't want her to cook the books on him?
