A little note:
Recording and release of the album "Piece of Mind"
As early as January 1983, the band travelled to the Bahamas to tackle the recording of the new album there. Work progressed very quickly - recording at Compass Point Studios was completed as early as March, then the material was mixed at the famous Electric Lady Studios in New York.
Although it was originally planned for the disc to be released as Food for Thought, with a cover depicting Eddie undergoing a lobotomy, eventually Iron Maiden's fourth studio album saw the light of day as Piece of Mind with the band's mascot in a straitjacket and chained up. The album was released on 16 May 1983 and achieved success, both critically and commercially. The release debuted at number three in the UK and also reached number 14 in the US.

For me this is one of the best heavy metal albums of all time 
Yeah of course, there was a 40th anniversary release of this album recently. 
@Alex80SeeYouAll Ja, das kann ich mit gutem Gewissen unterschreiben... Iron Maiden habe ich 4-mal live erleben dürfen und keines von den großartigen Konzerten möchte ich vermissen müssen. Hatte auch Tickets für ein 5tes Konzert 2020, dass aber wegen dieser COVID Kacke abgesagt wurde... bzw. wurde es zweimal verschoben... letztendlich habe die Karten storniert. 
Iron Maiden live zu erleben ist bestimmt ganz großartig, ich hatte leider nie die Gelegenheit und das Geld/Zeit. Aber macht nichts, ich erfreue mich fast tagtäglich an der grandiosen Musik die Iron Maiden produziert hat 
@Alex80SeeYouAll Es gibt genug Live-Gigs von Iron Maiden auf YouTube zu erleben... auf einen 65zig Zöller an der vielleicht eine gute Soundanlage angeschlossen ist, ist ja auch gut zu lauschen 
Hab nur nen 27 Zoll Monitor hier, aber dafür wenigstens 4k UHD und meine Corsair Wireless Headphones. Das passt schon, bin ganz zufrieden damit.
